  • Do I need to locate underground utilities before digging?

    Yes. Montana requires that all utilities be located before excavation begins. We can assist with the 811 process.

  • Can you install the utility lines too?

    We provide excavation and trenching, and coordinate with your plumber, electrician, or installer as needed.

Demolition & Cleanup

  • Do you demolish sheds, mobile homes, or garages?

     Yes. We provide light demolition services and remove debris from the site after the job is complete.

  • What happens to the materials you remove?

    We haul all debris and unusable material to approved disposal sites. Reusable materials can be salvaged by request.

Site Preparation

  • What’s included in your site prep services?

     Grading, leveling, soil compaction, topsoil removal, pad building, and erosion control.

  • How long does a typical excavation or site prep job take?

    Most small to medium projects are completed in 1–3 days, depending on site access, scope, and weather.

  • Do I need site prep if my land is flat?

    Yes. Even flat land needs proper compaction, grading, and vegetation clearing before building.
